The following is a list of cemeteries from Brown County
Ohio Cemetery
Names and Locations published by the Brown County Genealogical
Society. This publication lists cemeteries with notes on location and
condition. It is available for purchase at the Genealogical Society. Many
of the listings are for family cemeteries which are in poor condition,
sometimes in remote locations, and nearly always on private property. Please
ask the landowner for permission before visiting these sites.
The Society has also compiled several volumes of tombstone inscriptions,
which can save you many hours of searching. Another reference source which
